This fall, Next One Up marks a major milestone - 15 years of transforming lives and empowering Baltimore’s young men through mentorship, leadership, and opportunity. And we’re celebrating in a way that’s as bold and authentic as the mission itself.

The evening will include:

And then… the celebration continues.

Guests will transition into our on-site, covered parking garage - transformed for the night into a vibrant lounge-style celebration, complete with a live DJ, craft cocktails, and space to mix, mingle, and move.
